Unfortunately it’s a no for me (for now). Like others, I was pretty excited to have a Vietnamese spot open up in this part of Luzerne County, but this place is missing the mark with me. I ordered takeout and tried the Saigon Street Tacos first. The chicken didn’t taste too fresh. Almost like it’s been cooked, refrigerated and then partially warmed for the tacos. I see the potential in this appetizer and may end up trying it again in the future. What I really came for was the spring rolls. The AI generated photo looked good (I know) and I’ve had them before at other pho spots and have always had fresh ones. The minute I opened the container and saw the two rolls wrapped in cellophane, I knew (wrapped like it’s meant to be a grab and go and not freshly made). I could see through it that they were wrapped pretty loosely and sloppily. I unwrapped the plastic, and the tried to separate the two, and they fell apart. At that point, I just had to try to eat them with a fork, but the ingredients were not fresh. The shrimp wasn’t great and the lettuce was a little past its time for this roll. Definitely wasn’t fresh and that was disappointing to me. On a positive note, the staff answered

Loved that the shrimp itself in the Shrimp tempura was seasoned. Dipping sauce was very good too. Wish the eggrolls came with 3 instead of 2, very good dipping sauce too. The pho was very rich in flavor. The beef noodles needed more flavor. Tasted like lomein and the beef texture was too tough and had a mealy/gritty texture to it also. The mint limeade is very refreshing and delicious

I'm thrilled to have a local Vietnamese restaurant. If you haven't tried, it's full of flavor with fresh ingredients. A+

Not sure why it took so long to get a Vietnamese restaurant in this area but thank God this place opened. The staff was friendly, food was good and both things I ordered came out very quick. Please don't let this close I can't keep driving an hour for Pho.
